Not a government website
US Benefits Calc is an independent site. It is not run by, endorsed by or connected to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Social Security Administration or any state agency, and it does not take applications. The calculators apply the rules and amounts those agencies publish to the figures you enter. An agency may count income differently, verify facts you did not mention or apply a rule not modeled here; its written decision is the one that counts, and you have the right to appeal it. Method and limits: method page.
Liability
Every figure is read on an agency document and every engine is tested before each release, but errors cannot be ruled out and rules change, sometimes quickly. The publisher is not liable for a decision taken on an estimate alone. Please report errors through the contact page.
Intellectual property
Texts, design and code belong to the publisher; short quotations with a link are welcome. Federal and state documents quoted or summarized remain public records of the agencies that issued them.
Embedding
The benefits screener and the SNAP calculator may be embedded for free with their credit link visible: see the embed page.
Personal data
The site sets no cookie and the publisher keeps no data entered in the calculators. Details: privacy policy and cookies page.
Reporting unlawful content
Write to contact@usbenefitscalc.com with the address of the page.
Governing law
French law applies; failing an amicable settlement, the courts of France have jurisdiction. Updated: 2026-10-10.
Estimate only: the figures on this page apply the rules published by federal and state agencies to the numbers you enter. The agency that receives your application decides, after checking income, household and documents.
